To create as sustainably as we can, we work on demand, crafting your jewel only once your order is placed. Please allow up to 12 working days for your piece to be made + another three days for shipping.

Shipping rates diver per country. Please see your rate at check-out. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Please note we’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by transport.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items. Email us at hello@carmacarmacarma.com with your order number, name and the item(s) you want to return and why. Make sure the item(s) are in their original, unused condition. Engraved items are not to be returned. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.

Return shipping and international customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. If customs charges are refused and the package is abandoned,  it won’t be eligible for a refund.
