Returns & Defects

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items. If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@carmacarmacarma.com with your order number, your name, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Engraved or custom pieces cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs and any international customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If customs charges are refused and a package is abandoned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the item.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Approved returns due to defects will include reimbursement of standard shipping costs.

Material & Surface Characteristics

All CARMA pieces are made from sterling silver (925) and produced in small batches. Silver is a living material that naturally develops surface marks and patina over time. Minor scratches, subtle variations, and signs of handling are inherent to the material and part of its character. These characteristics are not considered defects. With time and use, silver reflects its history, becoming uniquely yours.
