Shipping policy

To create as sustainably as we can, we work on demand, crafting your jewel only once your order is placed. We ship within 12 working days after purchase. 

Shipping rates differ per country. Please see your rate at check-out. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by transport.

Taxed & Duties 

For shipments to non-EU countries, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges must be paid to release the parcel from customs upon arrival. CARMA cannot estimate these costs in advance; the shipping carrier will contact you directly if additional fees apply. If a customer chooses not to pay the import charges, CARMA reserves the right to invoice any costs incurred.
